STANDARD
Upon receipt, our experts will inspect the part, complete the diagnosis and internal repair process within 5 business days. Longer turnaround time would be needed for parts to be returned to manufacturers for repair. If the repair is not under warranty, a purchase order will be required.
ADVANCED EXCHANGE PROGRAM
If an essential part should fail, it may qualify for Papertech’s Advanced Exchange Program. A purchase order is required at first contact, and a replacement will be shipped within 3 business days. The faulty part must be returned within 30 days. After inspection, if it’s not under warranty, the customer will be notified of any applicable charges.
